Fishing & Baby Stuff :)

So I really need to finish updating our Nauvoo trip, but for some reason I really don't feel like it. Instead Steve and I have been spending a lot of time outside lately because the weather has been absolutely beautiful! We also recently bought a fishing pole and have spent many hours 'trying' to catch a fish. We have still had no luck.... I think we have some things to learn!
Just a few days ago I got my very own sewing machine! I have been wanting one for a little while now because I have all these projects I want to sew for the baby. I finished my first project today (a nursing cover)! It looks decent from far away, but I am sure that if someone who actually knows how to sew were to take a closer look at it, they'd be cringing! It was a good project to start with and I had fun! Even if I had to untangle the bobbin thread like three times.I also found this cute outfit at a yard sale last week for $5. I loved it so much that I couldn't resist getting it!
P.S. I am already counting down the days, or weeks, until my due date! Less than 8 weeks left, which to me, still sounds like forever! It has been fun though for Steve and I to feel our little guy stretch and squirm around inside as he has gotten bigger! Lately I am starting to feel like my body is being rented out to another person. I can no longer make it through the night without having to get up at least once to go to the bathroom. Plus once I lay back down to go to sleep Parker (it's what we have been calling him for a while now, but we are still not 100% sure that is what we are going to name him) decides that it would be fun to start stretching and moving around making it very difficult for me to go back to sleep. But I still love it! We are definitely enjoying what little time we have left of just the two of us, but we can hardly wait until we can meet this little guy!
